Is Everybody Ready gathers real-life experts and local first responders to help you prepare. We offer programs for families, seniors, businesses and schools. Participants feel more confident about facing the next emergency -- whatever (or whenever) that may be.
Indigo Perry is an accomplished speaker and trainer with over 30 years of experience in emergency preparedness. After losing her home in the Valley Fire in 2015, Indigo worked as a disaster case manager with SSCRA and the Red Cross to help her community recover. She noticed that people were more likely to take preparedness seriously if the information was targeted specifically to them. Indigo co-founded Emergency Prep Help in Sonoma County, and developed a curriculum that helped older adults learn how to prepare and stay safe. Now she has created Is Everybody Ready? to reach both seniors and the wider community.
Indigo brings over 40 years of experience in the nonprofit world, from the Girl Scouts and other youth programs to working with the homeless and low-income seniors.
